If you purchase a subscription or other paid feature in the Android app, the transaction is processed by Google Play Billing, not by File Frog. We do not collect, receive, or store your payment card number or billing address. Google processes your payment and may share with us limited, non-card transaction information (such as a purchase token, product ID, and subscription status) so we can unlock and maintain your purchased features. Your use of Google Play is subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy. You can view, manage, or cancel a subscription at any time in the Google Play Store under your account's subscriptions.

Standard server logs held by our hosting provider are retained only for a limited period consistent with security and operational needs. To request information about, or deletion of, any limited technical data associated with you, contact us using the details below.
By processing files locally and not transmitting them to our servers, the Service avoids many risks associated with file uploads. Nevertheless, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own device, and for keeping backup copies of any important files before processing them.
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
